My Fitness Journey

Here you can follow my process to a healthy lifestyle.
You can see what kind of workout and diet i follow to get a more healthier and fit body.
I have at the moment lost 4 sizes but I still have a little bit left before I reached my goal.

I have been doing this since 2012, but it has been ups and downs where I lost some pounds and gained some pounds.
But I have gradually lost more pounds and gotten stronger and feeling a lot more healthy.

This year I have really taking my diet and training seriously and I'm already seeing a huge result in my health and fitness.
