HIIT!

Rest day no 2 and today it was time for some good old HIIT(high intesity interval training).
It also had some bodyweight body toning for the muscles.
Even though it was a short workout, it was really effective and I was really tired after the workout.

I only had my RIPPED HARDCORE before my workout to give me some extra fat burning during the day.
And of course lots and lots of water.
