I had a late breakfast today and had the rest of the chocolate pudding with fruits and the hardtack bread with airdried ham.

I had this an hour before my workout.

For lunch after my workout I had leftovers from yesterday's dinner(meat with rosted vegetables.
I had one potato with my meal, BBQ sauce & the white is coconut milk.

I wasn't that hungry for dinner, but I had one small chicken thigh with corn, peas & rice plus a little bit of BBQ sauce.
