80s LOGO BG2


Today's schedule on the 10 week fitnessplan was BACK strength training.

I used my dumbbells(10kg) and my barbell(24kg).

Before my workout I had my RIPPED HARDCORE & my PWO and some water.

SInce I don't go to the gym, I don't have any machines to work with so I did some other exercises that worked on the same muscles.

After my workout I went out for a run.
But today I felt a bit tired so I was only jogging a little bit and did some fast walk.
I did however take another trail today that had a lot of incline in the forest so I was still working hard even though I was walking most of the time.
