CHEST & TRICEP

Today I was working on my CHEST & TRICEP.

SInce it's a new program, it's not the pyramid system anymore.
Now it's 4sets with 20 rep, but that's good enough to get a good workout on each muscle.

Instead of jumping rope, I did a combination of high knees, buttkickers & duble leg jumps(like jumping rope skips).

After my workout I went out and was jogging the same trail as before(4km) and I was jogging for 17min.
