10 week fitness: LEGS,SHOULDERS & ABS

Yay! FInally time for a new workout plan!

Today it was time to work on the LEGS & ABS.

I used wieght when I was working on my ABS to give an extra challenge.

Since I don't use machines, I improvised on some of the LEG exercises.
I did skisquats, regular squats & sumosquats.
I also did some goblet squats.

SInce I won't be able to workout the next day I also did the SHOUDLER workout for the next day
