BICEP & TRICEP: Last 6 week DAY

Today's the last day of the 6 week challenge.

I'm going to take a break during the weekend and next week I will start with the 10 week challenge.

Today it was time to work on my Bicep & Tricep muscles.

For my bicep I used the weights 6kg & for my tricep I used 10kg.

Before my workout I took my RIPPED HARDCORE & my PWO to give me some extra energy.
