Hot Dogs & Pancakes

Today my schedule was a bit different.
Since I woke up later than usuall I had my first meal before my workout.

But it was like a preworkout meal with all the proteins.

I had my pancakes that I mentioned before and I have a recipe on how I make them.

For dinner we had Hot Dogs that had around 70% meat.
With it we had fried eggs, sallad & bulgur.
