80s LOGO BG2


Today it was time for the real PYRAMID exercises since the other week it was only "half" pyramids.

Which means 3 sets of pyramid reps where the reps were like this: 10,8,6,4,4,6,8,10

It was pretty tough but it wasn't to many exercises since it takes some time to get through each set.

My back was pretty tired after the workout so I will definitely have muscle soreness tomorrow.

Like I do every day I took my RIPPED HARDCORE with a lot of water and my cup of black coffe+PWO.

I worked with my dumbbells today and the weight I had was 14kg per hand.

After my workout I had a little walk since I had to go grocery shopping.

Hopefully I will have time to do some jogging tomorrow.
