3km walk

Today I didn't do anything to crazy when it comes to cardio exercises and I had some muscles soreness from the day before.

I did take my RIPPED HARDCORE to start my fat burning during the day even if I wasn't doing anything high intesive like running.
We had to take a long walk today since we had some things we had to do, so this was my chance to get some kind of workout on my rest day.
