Oatmeal and some carbs

Today I had my müsli oatmeal which I had before.
And this is my first meal of the day and I had it after my workout which was TRICEP weightlifting.




I was invited for dinner today so I didn't expect anything healthy and I had been very good the other days with my food, so I didn't worry that much about the food we were eating for dinner.
But I made a big sallad with the food.
