Oatmeal & Chicken

Today I had the müsli oatmeal I had yesterday, but today I didn't add any bananas in my oatmeal.

With it I had one wholegrain bread with air dried ham and a cup of chai tea.

I also had a litlle glass water with 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar before my meal to help the metabolism.

I had a simple dinner with chicken & vegetables and some feta cheese.

I also had my suppliments that I always have once a day which are D-vitamin, zinc & magnesium.
